Tango name--Mists of the Riachuelo--danced in a shabby hall somewhere in Buenos Aires Sur. Plainness of the room, low tables along one wall, two dark chairs side by side. A gathering place for waiters, business people, family from afar. Before the banquet--or just after, perhaps, well into the night.
